I posted this picture this week on Instagram and got lots of questions, so I thought I would post the recipe here.
Sweet-n-Spicy Tofu Bites

1 block of firm tofu, chopped into thick chunks
3 tbsp of light soy sauce
3 tbsp of pure maple syrup
2 tbsp of ketchup ( High Fructose Corn Syrup free)
3 tbsp of bbq sauce ( High Fructose Corn Syrup free)
2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp of hot sauce or Siracha
Preheat oven to 375F
In dish whisk the ingredients, then toss the tofu in to cover. Place in fridge for about 1 hour, then bake on cooking sheet for 35 mins. Make sure to toss about half way through so all pieces cook perfectly.
I served them with some bbq sauce on the side. They are perfect paired with a salad for a meal or might make a great addition to your Super Bowl spread. Enjoy!
