Today has been a rainy day here in Michigan but I was able to get a run in!! Before my run I whipped up this yummy drink.
Pineapple – Coconut Almond Shake
1 cup Blue Diamond
Coconut Almond milk
1 cup fresh chopped pineapple
3-4 ice cubes
Blend and garnish with Chia Seeds
* I was out of yogurt or I prolly would of added for thicker consistence. Also some mango would top it off!
Oh and this is a nice low calorie treat packed with great nutrients!
