I often get lots of questions from friends and family members, ” do you eat healthy”? I don’t feel that I eat healthy, or I don’t know if I realize it. It’s pretty normal to me, I usually notice more when I eat unhealthy. Growing up my parents kept a close eye on the foods we ate, so healthy eating was always a must.
Well while doing dishes tonight, I thought I should just take a few shots of the food items in my kitchen.
